Meet our Camp Staff
At Front Range Camping, every camper is known, supported, and intentionally led. Each age group has a dedicated leadership team committed to creating a meaningful and memorable week.
Our Camp Pastors shepherd the spiritual life of camp for their age group. Through engaging teaching, authentic worship, and personal conversations, they help campers explore faith in ways that are relevant, honest, and rooted in Scripture.
Our Camp Coordinators bring energy and organization to the daily experience. They oversee activities, build team connection, and ensure that every part of the schedule supports both fun and formation.
The Camp Craft Coordinator creates hands-on, creative experiences that allow campers to reflect, express themselves, and take home tangible reminders of what God is doing in their lives.
Our All-Camp Worship Leader guides us in vibrant, meaningful worship that brings all ages together in shared praise.
Overseeing it all, our Camp Director provides vision, pastoral care, and leadership to ensure the week runs smoothly and stays grounded in our mission.
Together, this team creates a safe, Christ-centered environment where campers encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and have fun.
Front Range Camping thrives because of the faithful volunteers who serve year after year with willing hearts. From leading cabins and teaching sessions to organizing activities, managing logistics, and praying over campers, you create the steady foundation that allows camp to flourish.
Your time, energy, and love help students feel safe, seen, and spiritually nurtured. We are deeply grateful for every leader and behind-the-scenes servant who makes FRC possible. This ministry would not happen without you.
All Staff and Volunteers comply with the American Baptist Churches of the Rocky Mountains Background Check Policy.

Life doesn’t always stay on the mountaintops. We all experience moments of excitement and confidence—and moments of fear, doubt, and uncertainty. Our campers come carrying both.
Some arrive full of joy and energy; others carry worries they don’t yet have words for.
Psalm 23 reminds us of a steady truth: God is present in every season. Not just in the highs, but also in the valleys. God doesn’t wait for us to have it all together before walking with us—He meets us exactly where we are.
At camp this summer, we’ll explore what it means to trust a God who is greater than our best days and our hardest ones. A God who walks beside us when the path feels unclear, who offers comfort when we’re afraid, and who leads us forward with love and purpose.
No matter where a camper is on their faith journey, this is a message they can hold onto:
You are not alone. God is with you. And God is greater than the highs and the lows.

One week that can change your life!
