What if My Child forgets Something important?
If you realize it before you leave them at camp, please notify the Camp Coordinator of that age group and the Camp Director.
You may choose to replace the item by purchasing it nearby in Woodland Park, Colorado, or return it the next day after retrieving the item from home. Our Camp staff will work with you to find a solution for your camper to have the items they need for camp.
What is the Visitor Policy for FRC?
We do not allow parents/guardians/friends/families to come and visit their campers during the week for the safety of all campers. If you have an emergency, please contact the Camp Directors (303.988.3900).
Every staff member, volunteer, and Camp Pastor has completed a background check to be on the property per our policies and Quaker Ridge Camp policy.
Can my camper opt out of activities?
To get the full experience of camp, each camper is expected to participate in all camp activities unless specifically excused by a doctor or guardian in writing prior to the start of camp.
What time does my camper check-in and check-out for camp?
Registration will be from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. We cannot check in campers until the Quaker Ridge Medical Staff is available. Therefore, we cannot check in your camper before 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier than check-in, please feel free to walk around to explore the camp. Please note that pets are not allowed on Quaker Ridge Property. If you bring a pet along for the ride to camp, you may leave them in your vehicle until you leave the camp property.
Location: Quaker Ridge Camp is located at 30150 N. Hwy 67, Woodland Park, CO 80863. It is about two miles up a mintained dirt road from the turn off of Highway 67.
Campers can be picked up from 10:00 am- 11:00 am on Saturday morning. We must be off the Quaker Ridge Camp property by 12:00 noon so that the next group can begin setting up for their camp. Campers who are not picked up before 11:00 a.m. will be charged $25 for the first hour and $50 per hour after that.

Who will be working with my child?
We recruit a great staff of volunteers each summer. Each volunteer and camp staff member has completed a background check and checked references. Camp Directors interact with all three age groups.
What happens if my child is injured at camp?
Injuries happen. We will do everything possible to keep your child safe, but accidents happen.
If your child is injured, the camp medical staff (nurse, CNA, or EMT) will assess the injury. Antibiotic ointment and ice are the camp nurse’s best friends! If the injury is more serious, they will be taken to the Emergency Room in Woodland Park. On your registration form, you completed a section for your insurance. For more serious injuries, we will contact you as soon as the situation has been assessed.
